This page describes the procedures for managing the website as regards processing the personal data of the users consulting it.

This is a disclosure rendered pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code and also in conformity with provisions issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority with its Order of 8 May 2014 concerning "Identification of the simplified methods for disclosure and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies”, for those who interact with web services of Entrematic Italy S.p.A., accessible online at the address http://www.ditecentrematic.it

The disclosure is made only with respect to this site and not for any other websites consulted by the user via links.

The disclosure is also based on Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European Data Protection Authority, meeting as the Working Party established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the online gathering of personal data and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that Data Controllers must provide to users when they visit web pages, irrespective of the purposes of the visit.



Following consultation of this website, data on identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The data processing associated with the web services on this site takes place at Entrematic Italy S.p.A. and is attended to by the internal technical staff.

Navigation data

During normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data, with the transmission thereof implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified.

This category of data includes: the “IP addresses” or domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the web server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check that the website is operating correctly. The data are cancelled immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish liability in the event of alleged IT crimes to the detriment of the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or messages via the published forms to collect data, entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and of any other personal data included in the message, necessary to reply to requests.

What are cookies?

Cookies are lines of text used to carry out automatic authentication, track sessions and store specific data referring to the users accessing the Entrematic Italy S.p.A. server. Apart from what has been specified regarding browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal information contained in the request forms or in any case indicated in exchanges with Entrematic Italy S.p.A. to solicit information or other correspondence.
Failure to provide these data could result in it becoming impossible to obtain what has been requested.



Personal data is processed using automated tools, and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.



The subjects to whom the personal data refer are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to be informed of its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its supplementation, updating or correction (art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

Pursuant to the same article, data subjects are entitled to request the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose said processing in any case on legitimate grounds.
